Education & Early Career

Nic Cocis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of California, Riverside in 1994. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1998. During law school, Nic gained valuable insight into the prosecution's perspective by serving as a legal intern at the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office.

This experience on the other side of the courtroom proved invaluable, giving Nic a deep understanding of how prosecutors build their cases—knowledge he now uses to dismantle the prosecution's arguments and protect his clients' rights.
